Our core team has been working together for a very long - and very productive - time.
Our origins are to be found in the last century as a joinery and bespoke worktop company. To promote what we were actually being contracted to do more and more, we re-formed under our Topservice (Refurbishments) Ltd banner in the noughties.
And so now, we continue to supply and run the complete workforce to carry out commercial and domestic renovations - the design of, the skilled labour in, and the control throughout of the construction, sourcing and quality installation of everything that you can find or want in your workplace or in your home.
The offices, the houses, the gyms, the shops, the kitchens, the bars, the bathrooms... the shaped spaces of our lives: we do them all, and have been doing so for years.
Our team brings together every trade including fully qualified builders, plumbers, electricians and professional craftsmen capable of a huge range of projects - the diverse nature and varied scale of which can be seen in our portfolio.
And our structure gives the control to see things through – with our sharp oversight and tight day-on-day managing of the work-in-hand, and an extremely keen responsiveness to the client's demands or new instructions. Difficulties are conquered without compromising what you want or how you want it.
We project manage and carry out complete developments from start to finish, but the flexibility of our team - our perfect size - means that we can contract for just part of large projects.
You have the reassurance of an established central office dealing quickly with questions or requirements arising during the work - ensuring that the on-site team is working co-ordinatedly to the right spec, with the right product and the right information.
Most significantly, we pride ourselves primarily on our quality: we genuinely ensure that our customers are delighted with the results they get from us. We have the experience, the know-how and the nous to get it right and to finish it properly - to finish it beautifully.
