Initial Meeting - We offer a free home consultation to discuss your ideas and suggest all the available options. We also have a small showroom with lots of samples for you to view and discuss.

Estimate - We'll give you an accurate idea of the cost and timescale involved on the work.

Final Quote - We provide exact details and specifications of designs and materials quoting exactly what you'll pay for, and the sequence of payments to be made (typically on full renovations a 20% deposit with 20% stage payments throughout the work. If the work is of a smaller scale, then typically a 35% deposit followed by a single 55% payment, and the final 10% upon satisfactory completion).

Approval - If you are happy to proceed we will commence work on the agreed date.
