We at Top Service are also landlords and so of course we have to know the importance of completing work to the highest possible standard within a reasonable budget and with quick turnaround times. We make sure all refurbishment work is finished correctly first time. That way, the job only has to be done once, which avoids wasting our time and yours.

Top Service will be honest with you, both throughout the job, and when quoting. Whereas some websites quote fixed prices for renovating houses before having seen them, we believe that if you're being charged a pre-fixed total, then some of your rooms are bound to suffer: because the total will be based on 'averages' for all the rooms. Through hard experience, we know that in each house different rooms take up disproportionate amounts of expenditure and either these rooms won't get what they need, or your others will be built down to a price.
