We've seen the consequences of other people building down to a price; it's not pretty. It's a false economy, and nothing to do with value. We refuse to lower our standards: instead, we'll give you the best value by designing and quoting for the exact refurbishment you want.

The refurbishment will be done the way you want, as well: your home is not turned into a builder's yard during the time we are carrying out work. We are tidy, inside and out (you won't see a skip outside our refurbishment sites: we take the rubbish back every night, and dispose of it ourselves.)

Everyday, we'll be running the job with the closest attention; everyday when you call, you'll get an answer from the TopService employee in charge.

Our meticulousness helps us not only keep your stress levels down - it also prevents mistakes, and is one of the keys to attaining the finish that truly distinguishes us from other firms. We offer a free home consultation to discuss your ideas, show you a large range of samples and explore the best options for you.

We'll quickly give you an outline cost-and-timescale estimate.

If you are happy to proceed further, we will produce a detailed and very accurate quotation, specifying everything you wish us to, or shortlisting what we've found in our experience to be the best. Either way, we'll give you a breakdown of the exact costs you'll pay for having quality components installed to the highest standard.

We'll also set out the sequence of payments to be made (typically on full renovations a 20% deposit with 20% stage payments throughout the work. If the work is of a smaller scale, then typically a larger deposit followed by a single balance payment.)

If you then wish to advance, we'll commence work on the agreed date. It's not in our interest to delay you or mess you around: when you give the go ahead, we set to.

It is in our interests to make sure we satisfy you fully, because you'll only pay the final balance upon your complete satisfaction.
